INSPIRE: A Charter for development of Research Staff by their line managers* and the University

The INSPIRE charter emphasis the values, skills and responsibilities to which the University aspires. We aim to maximise the potential of research staff. INPSIRE sets out the University vision for all line managers of research staff to follow key guidelines and positively influence the training and development of researchers.
