The Faculty has high standards in terms of producing world-class research and we hope our researcher's commitment will contribute to these outputs. the ASPIRE charter sets out clear expectations for research staff and what our staff can expect form the Faculty.
3) INSPIRE: A Charter for development of Research Staff by their line managers* and the Faculty of Health (2016 version)
The INSPIRE charter emphasis the values, skills and responsibilities to which the faculty aspires. We aim to maximise the potential of research staff. INPSIRE sets out the Faculty vision for all line managers of research staff to follow key guidelines and positively influence the training and development of researchers.
