The purpose of the fellows' college is to provide support and representation for aspiring and awarded independent research fellows within the Faculty of Health.
Faculty of Health Research Staff Association (FoHRSA)
The FoHRSA represents all early career researchers and contract research staff including post-docs, research assistants and technicians in the Faculty of Health.
An internal portal with information and resources to help staff from across FoH to access research support, particularly with funding and grant applications.
The University's staff development hub aims to provide staff with resources that support their organisational, team and individual learning.
The Staff Code of Conduct was designed to translate the University of Sheffield's vision values into practical day-to-day expectations, guiding how we work with each other, our students and our external partners. The Code of Conduct is split into three main sections – creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace; responsible and ethical conduct; and University processes, procedures and regulations. It also includes information about challenging and reporting unacceptable behaviour (e.g. via the Report + Support web portal, which enables staff and students to report, either anonymously or using names, instances of unwanted or unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to bullying, harassment or similar behaviour based on race, sex, sexuality or other protected characteristics).
